I don't practice in the criminal law field, but it seems to be a pretty flimsy basis for a stop and search.

Every Patrol unit in Shelby County, (Sheriff and city) and the Highway Patrol are now equipped with audio and video recording devices. Which cannot be accessed (erased) by the patrol officer but, by the supervisors only.
