Tonight they will be replaying the top 10 games ever played on CBS Sports coverage of college football....number 9 is one near and dear to many of us on here.....

December 1, 2001 VOLS DRAIN THE SWAMP....and we sent Spurrier out on a losing note in his final home game as UF coach.  Karma's a pain in the bootay aint it Superior......

19 Carries 226 yards for Travis Stephens and a pass breakup to seal the victory formation for the Vols!!!

8 PM tonight on CBS Sports Channel.....

If memory serves it was Buck Fitzgerald who made the defensive play on the 2 point conversion attempt.  Buck didn't make many plays for UT but that was definitely the biggest of his career.

Those were good times weren't they?

But then I can't believe we lost to LSU in the SECCG.

After the LSU 2001 SECCG cluster I told the guys I was with, that loss would be the downfall of UT football as we had known it for several years.

I was right.

Sounds like Stevie is still a little bitter over that two point try.

What he conveniently leaves out is that if not for a couple atrocious second half fumble non-calls in UF's favor, that game isn't even close, and doesn't come down to the last play.

It was fun to watch the defense on that game.  The offensive line made holes I could run through!
