Urban is a great coach, no doubt, but when the two guys in the subject line moved on, his offense pretty much tanked.

Does he need a strong OC to succeed?  It sure looks that way.

He needs a quarterback whisperer it seems. Both OCs mentioned had a knack for developing QB and using those QB skills to maximize the play calling.
