Title: Re: Stogie, how ya doing? Post by: Stogie Vol on June 28, 2013, 11:10:36 EDT I'm doing better than I thought I would be doing. The worst pain was from air pressure. Apparently, they blow you up like a balloon for laparascopic surgery. I've been taking it easy...drinking water and protein shakes, but I can't take in more than 2-3 ounces at a time right now. I have been up and about with light walking.
Thanks for asking! Title: Re: Stogie, how ya doing? Post by: tnflower on June 29, 2013, 12:42:16 EDT Sounds like it's gonna work!!
Title: Re: Stogie, how ya doing? Post by: GreggO on June 29, 2013, 06:44:09 EDT Buddy, there isn't any "easy" surgery after 45. Unfortunately, that's when it all begins. New chapter. You are off to a great start! Best of luck. G Title: Re: Stogie, how ya doing? Post by: EmerilVOL on June 30, 2013, 03:50:57 EDT I'm doing better than I thought I would be doing. I remember those things from the SO's surgery. Just remain positive and remember you get to eat real food in another oh two months or so rather than those protien things. |
