I doubt they will get penalized.  It's a league rule, not an NCAA rule.  The league may reprimand Urban or something, but that's probably about it.

Only the top 1% of 1% of coaches would think they could get away with shizzle like that.

On The Sports Reporters this morning, they talked about Herban as being the guy who can "restore honor to OSU, and the entire Big 10".  I just about puked up my Cheerios.
