I'm impressed with the staff he's putting together. A lot of guys are making parallel moves. I get that they all have connections with him that go way back ... but, still, leaving places like Louisville and Syracuse for VANDERBILT?

If Vandy understands what they want, and articulate that to the coaching staff they can do well (for Vandy). Winning two or three conference games a year should be acceptable.

They should pay less, but accept less.

Unfortunately, that sounds like the Vols. To me the Vols should never win less than 5 games in conference. The usual suspects Bama, UF and UGa are the only ones we should lose to.
