Yeah, but he was beaten on that play.  If that WR had better hands, it would've been a TD.

Is it just me, or is the T on our helmets slightly smaller than before?

I think Swafford got beat deep, but I could be mistaken.

Also, Kamara has a nasty stop and start.

They look smaller to me too. 

The run blocking looks vastly improved.  We had the one pass protection breakdown, but other than that the OL is looking pretty good. 

The Jersey numbers look a bit "blockier" too.

Love going under center in short yardage.

I don't think BGSU is going to cover the spread. Lay it on'em Vols.

Curt looking pretty bad in coverage there.

Damn it, that was no shut down defense.

I am so excited about Hurd/Kamara.  Special, special duo.

Their WRs are pushing off big time on these deep routes.

Moseley toasted twice. Crazy 4th down attempt, but great execution. Hats off to BGSU.

That was a "reputation" call on Barnett. :banghead:

Unfortunately he's earned the reputation. It was a bad call but he should've never made contact. There's no need for that garbage. I complained about it last season and was rebuked because you gotta let your aggressive pass-rushers play on the edge of control. How many times will he cost this team dearly before his coaches rein him in?

Exactly BDV. Barnett has to steer clear.

Sutton is balling, but Martin and Kelly are needed badly, to say nothing of the othets.

Let's see what Jones can do with X's and O's. He is getting out-coached at this point. This is a good offense BGSU has. But, is it as good as the better offenses in the SEC? If it's not, the defense is going to surprisingly struggle this season. Just one half of football though. We will see.

How much is Willie Martinez's absence affecting us you think?  Gotta be a factor, right?

The thought actually crossed my mind that maybe his guys are angry that he was mistreated and are laying down. Wild and crazy idea, and I normally wouldn't even say it out loud, but I'm at a loss to otherwise explain their play thus far. Sutton is holding his own but the rest are flat-out incompetent.

Just too many injuries.  Martin and TK are apparently out, on top Gaulden.  And I'm sure Martinez's absence isn't helping, either.  Secondary is just under-manned, and they're going to need help from the pass rush. 

Speaking of the pass rush, I haven't seen KMac or Tuttle yet, either.  What's up with that? :dunno:

Saw Tuttle on BGSU's second FG series,  but haven't seen McKenzie.

In the middle of the half we were not getting pressure
The last two series we dialed it up
Also, one play on their plays two DL recognized screen, covered their lands and still got pressure

Their kicker must be slow as Randolf stepped through the line to make that block

I like the Titan jumbotrons as sitting 5 rows up in the end zone results in vision issues on the far end of the field (cross bar)

What were the unsportsmanlike conduct calls?

Their coach came on the field and screamed at officials wanting PI on that play in the EZ.

On the radio pregame they said he got nicked up a bit a couple weeks ago and to expect limited pt today

Nothing serious I think they are just protecting him frim injury

Speaking of which Barnett scared the shizzle out of me in the first quarter. Wr need him healthy
