It would be pretty damn embarrassing to lose to a team that got beat at home by Nate freakin' Peterman.

Yeah.

I said all along that he wasn't as bad as he looked in UF 2013 game, and he rarely got meaningful PT after that fiasco.  I don't think it's fair to throw a kid into his first start as a true frosh on the road at the swamp and  this is something questioned Butch Jones judgement on.

That doesn't mean Peterson is Elway or even Dobbs, but I won't be surprised if he is an average to above average college QB for Pitt.
