Apparently so. Saban invited the Kiffster to Tuscaloosa this week to "evaluate" Alabama's offense, whatever that means.

Can you imagine if Saban were to hire Kiffin as his OC? A few Vols fans heads would explode.

I don't know, considering how bad his offenses were at SCw that could be a good thing ...

This makes no sense at all. Did Saban not see the offenses of UT and Southern Cal while Kiffin was there? This smells like something else. Saban must somehow owe Kiffin a favor or wants to help him get his name back out there for some reason.

I don't know. As BDV pointed out, Kiffin's offenses at Southern Cal wasn't anything to write home about this time around, but his offense at UT wasn't half bad. I'm still highly impressed with his work on Jon Crompton.
