We have contract civilian police for the base here in FLORIDA where it's Africa hot and guess what color they have for uniforms? Black! That's just stupid.

That's just about the dumbest thing I've seen. These kids already play hot early in the year and playing on a black field makes it that much worse. Just plain stupid IMO!!!!!!!!!
