I will be leaving the office at 11:30 today as usual on Friday. It's never too early to start that Christmas shopping. After all, it is less than a hundred days away.

Unless we see marked improvement on the offensive side of the ball as this season progresses, two staff changes that will absolutely have to be made are Azzani and Mahoney. If Butch continues to be stubborn with his staff choices, I fear that will lead to his demise.

Azzani is suspect for sure.  Mahoney, who I am going to assume is the OL corch, gets a bit of a pass due to having to completely reload with 3 stars across the board.  If there is not progress on the OL by the end of the season, then what you say is fair.
