Gone due to more premium seats.  We have been at 102,455 for a number of years

Plus, for some reason a couple years ago, they stopped counting anything above capacity.  Our old numbers used to count everyone in the stadium- fans, players, coaches, media, etc.  Now any sellout is just listed as 102,455, which is Neyland's current official seating capacity.  I don't know if this is a new SEC policy or what.

Yeah I don't like that.

It's probably something Hamilton cut out to save money.

Unless the capacity and method of counting change, 102,455 is the best it can be.

I was under the impression that we had 106-107k in attendance back in the late '90's against UF and a couple of other games.

We did.  That was before the reconfiguration of the stadium for the terrace seating on both sides of the field (benches were replaced with premium cushioned chairs).  Capacity has been reduced for several years now.

We did.  Then we built the premium sections In the West and East stands and reduced capacity about 5K
