I'm flipping between games right now, and one of the games I'm watching is UTC at Samford, which of course is the only one in SD.  Compared to all the others, it just looks like a bunch of red and white blobs moving around on a green screen.  Now I realize that I'm lucky to be able to see UTC on TV at all.  And I understand that boradcasting companies aren't going to break the bank on quality equipment for games like this.  But still, in an era when literally every cellphone you can buy will record at least 720p video (and most of them will do 1080P or even 4K), you'd think HDTV would be standard by now.

I mean, someone sitting in the stands could do a Periscope of this game, and the video quality would be better than what's on my TV.
