Here's a scenario. Currie knows Butch hates it here, and hopes Jimmy Sexton can locate a new gig. That changes the buyout equation. The problem with this theory is I don't think anyone will hire Jones.

I think he'll get a mid-major job.  Maybe even a lower-tier P5 job.

agreed, a school like Missouri, Baylor, Kansas ect would be a good fit for him
