I don't suppose they're allowed to take him off scholarship in the middle of the semester, are they?  They should.  He didn't live up to his end of the bargain, neither should UT.  Make him pay for that shizzle out of his own pocket.

Eh.  Seems petty.  take the high road, let him get paid for this semester, then he should take care not to let the swinging portal contact his soft delicate hiney on his exist from the University.
