Injury of some sort. On the next play, Martez Ivey was ejected.

Does Ivy have to sit out the first hald next week?
I have no idea what the rules are reference an ejection for fighting

Fighting. The ejection penalty for this one is most similar to the new proposal. If a player is flagged for fighting in the first half, he misses the rest of the game. If it happens in the second half, he misses the rest of that game plus the first half of the next game.

Player Ejection
ARTICLE 1. When a player is disqualified from the game due to a flagrant
personal foul (Rule 2-10-3), that team’s conference shall automatically
initiate a video review for possible additional sanctions before the next
scheduled game.

Yes...the SEC office has said he does not have to sit next week. It's what they said on TV.
