I love the guy, but do not want as OC.  Maybe as QB coach though. 

Would be a great recruiter for sure.  But his wife won't let him leave LA from what I have heard.

We tried one ex USC OC this year - DO NOT WANT!

BTW, looks like Kingsbury is looking at coaching the Coliseum

Agreed
His experience level is equivalent to the OC that just left, with a similar success level
Perceived VFL or not he is not the right person for the job in my view
