I just watched Vision Quest for the first time in about 2 decades.  Man, that was a great movie and soundtrack.  Still makes me want to go put my head through a wall.

Foe me, this movie is extremely forgettable with the exception of Linda Fiorentino. I guess I was too far removed from my high school athletic years to enjoy it.  Again, all except the eye candy.

I liked it when it came out, when I was just starting college, because it reminded me of my senior year, when I was trying to excell athletically also.  Good movie, though I didn't like the end very well.
