"Triple A", what, do we call these guys if our car breaks down?

Listening to Coach Fulmer in this interview, he sounded great and seemed to be enjoying life. He addresses the ETSU gig and what he'll be doing there. He sounded excited about it all.
  When asked about Coach Butch Jones he was very complimentary, but made an interesting point. He said that UT had made internal decisions that were not conducive to the "Big Picture", and that these things were going to have to get squared away. I interpreted this to mean that decisions had been made by the admin that were not conducive to UT Football  being competitive in an equal manner with other SEC programs.
 This is exactly what has been rumored, speculated about a few times here; UT Football is being unfairly hampered by stupid Administrative decisions that still "HAVE NOT" yet been remedied. I am totally and completely amazed at the utter incompetence of UT leadership that seems to pervade every nook & cranny of our University. The bright spot in what he said was that they are working on it. I like Hart and I think he's working on our problems, I think he made a great hire in Butch Jones, but I would love to one day have Coach Fulmer as AD.

He put academics as one of the reasons. He said He could have education and SEC athletics at Vandy(like you can't have that at UT )

Exactly, he's probably not half the brain our new QB recruit Dobbs is, and Dobbs felt UT had just what he needed for his aero-space engineering major. Hope the kid doesn't get hurt, but hope he and Vandy lose most all their games.

Well, maybe he looked and saw that running back is one of the few areas where we look pretty loaded with the talent we have coming in. A year's a long time to be committed to Vandy. Too bad, the kid's gonna take a pounding from the other SEC powers, including a newly resurrected Tennessee. When Vandy starts it's inevitable decline he'll be wishing he was anywhere but there.

I'm assuming that's a typo, and that you meant "interim coaches" shouldn't count.

Yes, we're definitely going to have to work with the poor soul on sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.

This is the best article that's been written so far about coach Butch Jones, shows a lot about the man. Whoever thought Dooley could be a winning coach at UT ought to be fired.....wait, he was!
We've got to give Hart credit for hiring such great coach as Butch Jones, when most of us thought he was crazy. Coach Jones is turning everything on it's head around the program in a good way, now please turn some losses into wins! GCBJ

yeah, no way Western KYJellie upsets this team, not this year, not with this coaching staff. I don't care if Bobby Petrino is there or not....heck he can't even keep a motorcycle between the lines.

  LOL Azzanni was echoing what OC Bajakian was saying about Butch Jones being a master motivator. Coach Jones wanted WR Paul Harris to step up his game, so Jones took Harris' #1 jersey away from him and made him wear #91, giving him a lighthearted kick in the pants saying, "“Wearing No. 1 at the University of Tennessee is a privilege, you get it back when you earn it"!
  I love these practice tidbits and the way this new coaching staff is motivating, and teaching these players. From their comments, the players seem to be buying in and thriving in this atmosphere as well. Sure hope all this translates into a more disciplined team that wins more games than it loses this year.

They better watch out when the Texas job comes open.

Congrats to all those players who signed with UT, hope you have stellar UT and NFL careers. Not disappointed with this year, all things considered, but believe CBJ will have a great 2014. 2014 is ground zero for this staff, and this football program. This staff gets it as far as recruiting is concerned, and everything else they've done is right on. CBJ has shown he can coach players to a higher level and win championships. Very proud to have CBJ and staff.
