Just a reminder. He can coach. The question about him is can he recruit in the south. He did get out recruited by Stoops and Mack Brown in the big 12, but he did also develop some guys. He had 11 all americans. One thing is that the academic restrictions of the SEC would never allow a guy like Dez Bryant at UT - so he'd definitely have to surround himself with quality recruiters with ties to the south.

IMO Strong would recruit better - but I am not sure about him as a coach.
