Last week, our playcalling combined with USU's soft coverage allowed him to make some easy throws.  They've dialed up the degree of difficulty today, and he's responding well.

He has a year in Jone's system and experience coming back at WR (we only had 17 TOTAL RECEPTIONS coming back last year  )

Both of those were ignored by legions of fans, all of whom have spent time as NFL Scouts, apparently.   

Having said that, on an objective basis even factoring those things in he does look better, as he should after starting 5-6 games last year.  But I thought he looked good against uga and USC jr last year as well.

Yep, he's had defenders in his face on several really great throws.  Very nice to see his calm composure, with the upcoming schedule he's going to need it.
