not true about Tennessee having 5, it is 4 with Peyton winning it 4 times

Only other SEC player to win NFL MVP since 2003 is Shaun Alexander, so that part of the stat is correct.

The Newspaper Enterprise Association decides the NFL MVP (the NFL's version of the Jim Thorpe Trophy) and chose Manning in '07 while the AP chose Tom Brady. Maybe that's where they're coming up with 5.
