To Elaborate on why this is BIG news, now only is Jenkins a great prospect and a Vol legacy, but...
* He is very good friends with Carl Lawson, 5 star DE who is down to UT/Auburn
* His dad is good friends with James Berry and Bill Bates, both of whom have highly rated sons in the 2014 class.
* He stands to influence the decision of Von Bell
* He knows Alvin Kamara
