The NCAA needs to approve them all or reject them all instead of this pick and choose BS where they move the goal posts and in this case the basketball goals as they see fit. UT should tell the NCAA today that our lawyers will be in contact by sundown today.

Lots of folks don't like Bilas. I like and respect him. He says what he thinks, like it or not.

It probably helps that I agree with a lot of what he says.

Grant Ramey tweet today:

While talking at Knoxville QB Club, Rick Barnes confirms that #Vols have another appeal process they can go through with Uros Plavsic and that's what they plan to do.

UT lawyers should be on the NCAA office door steps.....The NCAA doesn't like to have lawyers involved.

I like the fact that Fulmer appears to be taking a firm stance on this. I wasn't sure he had it in him. The NCAA's arbitrary handling of these transfer cases is eventually going to wind up being stopped by a court. Let's be that landmark case. It won't help our cause this season, but maybe it'll help prevent the next student-athlete from being shafted by the NCAA.
