I knew the Vols would be flat tonight. But they managed to get by.

They can't be flat in any game the rest of the way.

Easily one of the worst defensive efforts of the year, but yeah it's a win.

Good thing JJJ showed up.

I was gonna post earlier that I was worried about this game, but I figured we didn't need the reverse-Mojo......I guess I was right.  It was a classic opportunity for a Big Orange Letdown, but we toughed it out.  ESPN gove UGa a 4% chance of winning, I was thinking it was more like 10-15% due to the letdown factor.

Looking ahead to Arky, ESPN gives us a 83% chance of winning - Whooop - that seems way too high, or Too fizzleing HIGH as they would say in that old "Used Cars" movie.  I kinda think the game is gonna go down to the wire and be a tossup, but maybe you give the VOLS and 60% chance at victory due to us playing so well at home.  I really think this game Saturday will set the tone for how we play in the tourney.  We win that one and I like our chances of reaching the Finals in the SECT.  Otherwise we will likely go 1 and 1 and miss the Finals.  Just a feeling.  Regardless, It's been a good to great conference season for the men - congrats.

It wasn't a great game for the Vols, but it was a W.

Me too....Some great lines.

Kurt Russell as the car salesman to the customer...."Nice shoes, love them."....Next thing the customer is driving off in a new used car and Kurt is waving holding the guys shoes.

First win in Athens since 2011 so IDC what the score was or how flat we were, it was a great win.

But you know, how is it that Barnes has lost in Athens to crappy Uga teams so often?  Are we paying him enough?  Shouldn't he be doing better?

(in before volsboy can comment)
