One thing that I have not heard anyone point out on this deal- sure Joe pa should have done more, but it is much worse than that.  He KNEW that Sandusky was heavily involved with a young boys charity organization and he did NOTHING about it???  at the very least he should have given someone at that charity the heads up to keep an eye on Jerry.

FTR, the statutes speak for themselves. The alleged victim we're talking about is under the age of 13, which is why he wouldn't fall under the statutory rape statute you posted last.

But, anyway, using TN law was just for a point of reference that most of us are familiar with. If you're going to get that upset because of that minor disagreement — I wasn't even disagreeing with your opinions — then I don't guess there's anything I can do. The whole Sandusky retirement in 98 seems suspicious to me.  it would seem there was an incident back then, and some psu officials knew about that.

I thought Worley also did a decent job of getting rid of the ball and throwing it away instead of taking a sack.  The rcvr on the 1st interception ran a horrible route for that kind of timing pass.  I think the kid has some potential.  It seems like a no brainer to play him and see how he develops.  Right now he is as good as Simms, and we pretty much know Simms is not going to progress.

8-4 to 9-3 over the next 5 or 6 years
