The new Chancellor will make the final decision. Why is it so popular to hire search firms to hire folks. A lot of cities do the same thing. Pay big money to get an outsider to tell them who they should hire. Happens all the time here in Rapid City. They could save a lot of money by just asking us average joe citizens who tend to use common sense in the equation.
