Selig said that baseball revenues are higher than ever before. Ratings were way down for WS. Where is revenue coming from? Actually more people go to games nowadays. Plus I'm sure the TV revenue is huge as well. I only watched about a total of 2 innings of all 7 games. Baseball is better at the stadium than on TV.

There was a time when I was a big baseball fan, but that has waned. I didn't watch even one pitch of this World Series. In fact, I don't recall watching any MLB games this season.

I watched the last inning and a half last night. That was my extent of baseball this year.

I watched the 6th and 7th inning, thinking to myself that KC blew their wad with 10 runs the night before and a 3-2 deficit was more than they could handle before I fell asleep to wake up an hour later to find out I was right..lol boring!

I didn't watch a single inning of the World Series, nor did I watch a single inning of MLB all season. I'm a huge fan of the game of baseball itself. I just can't get into the MLB. I'm sure I'll be the same about the NBA after the current crop of Spurs have retired, and there may be a time down the road when I feel the same about the NFL. Pro sports in general just don't interest me nearly as much as amateur sports. (In fairness, I don't suppose it's fair to call collegiate athletics an amateur's game these days.)

I'm glad it's over so sports radio I listen to won't spend time talking about baseball.

Yeah, but now they're all talking about the NBA. And I can't think of anything in sports more inconsequential than early-season NBA games. True, but I at least find the subplots and drama of the NBA mildly entertaining.

I've watched about 30 minutes of the NBA in the last 30 years. After this season I might be up to 31 minutes.

Yeah, but now they're all talking about the NBA. And I can't think of anything in sports more inconsequential than early-season NBA games. They seem to spend 95% of their time talking about Le-Bron. I can't stand to listen to it anymore. Tired of hearing about him.

I watched first 3 innings of game six and the first 5 innings of game 7. I used to follow the Braves, watching practically every game, but since my son has become an adult and left home there's no one to watch with and baseball is all about "discussion".
