How a coach leaves a place and how he deals with his players says a lot about the coach and the man. I think Our coach handled well his leaving. Not all coaches have the concern for his players or the guts to do things the right way. Nice article from a former player.

Its a good start, and should also help him connect with our players.

Now whether he is successful or not remains to be seen but at least it seems he has had some raising.
