See you Saturday my friend, or the mere shadow of yourself :clap: Well one year after the surgery and I am still below the double century mark even though my doc has me upping my intake a little due to my numbers being so far down for my A1C numbers that they were concerned about going into HYPOGLYCEMIA. I have gained a coup0le of pounds but I am walking more now that it is reducing the steam factor from 100 to 50 here in Knoxvegas area. I will make sure to save your Mrs some fabulous food as usual!!! |
