I too have never signed a waiver.

Well, I can provide you with a Non-Waiver Agreement form to sign. Of couse, it has to do with insurance claims and really doesn't apply! But, Non-Waivers are out there just like Waivers are.

Leave it to an insurance claims guy to bring THAT up.
