Nope. Georgia is probably the most consistently good team in the SEC during that 30-year period, but they just can't get over the hump. Of course, that's the epitome of the Richt era at UGA.

I've always said UGA has done less with more than anybody in the SEC.

Same here. In fact, I say they're the most underachieving team, next to Texas, in the country. Great talent in both states, and while the Texas program has won a lot games, besides conference championships, the trophy case is fairly bare.
