Dave Hart and the administration
The Thursday night game was a massive FAIL for the fan base.

The CONTINUED lack of anywhere close to cell/wifi/phone service after promising TWO(2)+ years ago to fix the problem deserves
Before you say you can't provide that level of service please visit UGA, UF and a couple of other SEC venues

In short, my opinion of Dave Hart

You know that if they spend money on cell phone reception, they may not have that $600,000+ to let Dave go. I wish I could have convinced my employer to pay me hundreds of thousands of dollars to retire. If you get fired, I am OK with a settlement. If you leave voluntarily, I have a problem with the way UT pays off the ex-coaches and ADs like in recent past. No wonder the department is always cash strapped. They pay a salary to people no longer employed. Hart is just leaving now with golden parachute because the next Chancellor will replace him ASAP.

I even noticed huge new antennae at the top of the upper deck.  But still, service was non existent.

I would imagine provider matters.  Verizon was fine last time I was at Neyland (Vandy last year)

The folks at the game with us had Verizon and their data speeds were slow, but functional. When I had Verizon, my phone was useless inside Neyland. Now I have U.S. Cellular and my phone was still useless inside the stadium last night. It's beyond frustrating and, as you pointed out, other SEC stadiums seem to be able to figure it out.
