We have player uga close in their house with Gurley and mizzou losing badly at home.

We SHOULD beat mizzou!

You heard it here first

Mizzou and SC are impossible games to predict.  Both of those teams can look like the '85 Bears one week, and lose to Vandy the next.  I just hope they're "down" when they play us.

We've had a habit of making teams look way better than they are, for say.....................................The past 14 freaking years.

Well, SC beat UGA, and Mizzou won at SC and smoked a pretty good UCF team.

14 years is way too long....lol.

I know we have been snake bit but our fans have such a losing attitude. Sports fans are always superstious types. I don't go for the "it always happens that way to Tennessee" crap.

Fulmer was complacent and Dooley sucked balls us what happened. Better days ahead. (and forgot to add...Kiffin was a fizzleING PIECE OF shizzle!!!     )

I think we play USC Jr a helluva a game with a great chance to win and we thrash or at least beat mizzou.

Those are my expectations. I reckon we will see.

I only root for uga when they play the other red team.  I've never bought into, "We beat team A (or played them close), Team A beat Team B, so we should beat Team B."  I just hope we keep improving.  Also, it just feels like we've been bad for the past 14 years, it's not really the case.

SC always plays uga tough and vice versa.

NOT impressed by Mizzou winning at SC.  UK also beat them, and outside of the UGA game and that game alone, USC has looked awful.

We can beat both, and at this point I think we SHOULD beat MIzzou.  USC jr is on the road or I would issue a similar proclamation.

I agree.  It's actually statisitcally provable that "Team A beat Team B and Team B beat Team C so therefore Team A beats Team C" is not true.  I have seen blogs on this subject as well as making my own observations over the years.

I am basing my opinion on Mizzou and USC on the entire season.  It's just that going into the game today, my working theory was that Uga is better than Mizzou even without Gurley.  I didn't expect the thrashing, but certainly if one team wins in a blowout, I want it to be the one we have already played!

So....whole season.  Not only has Mizzou lost at home to Indiana, they just got blown out by a team we almost beat that was sans their best player.  AT HOME.

You are correct that it takes more than one game to judge...it's just that this game fits well with the other evidence.

I agree they're beatable, and I'm buying what you're selling.     Their D-line does scare me given our troubles on the O-line.
