Nah, I'm still holding out for now. I signed a 2-yr contract with Dish in January '11 in order to get free HD and a DVR upgrade. I'm definitely switching in January, regardless of what happens. If I can wait until then to avoid having to pay a termination fee, I'll do it. (Although it seems to me that Dish has clearly violated its contract by dropping a network that was promised as part of its packages, but we all know how those fights turn out for consumers . . .)

I'm not up to date on Breaking Bad because Netflix hasn't included the 4th season, for whatever reason. So I'm not overly anxious to do anything before the season premier. If Dish hasn't reached a resolution with AMC by The Walking Dead's return, I'll have to bite the bullet.

Netflix usually gets TV shows shortly after the DVDs come out, so they should get season 4 any time now.  It will blow your freaking mind.
