While neither of these teams is a "good" matchup for Denver, I think Seattle is the better bet. Broncos pass defense is pretty shaky, and I'd rather not see them have to face Boldin, Crabtree, and Davis. Plus, Russel Wilson strikes me as a real class act. Perhaps in the future, instead of interviewing these guys as soon as the clock hits 0:00, a 2-3 minute "cooling off" period should be in order.
