..........Kongbo wants to be a Vol but his father won't sign the papers. And if it's on the internet, we all know that it's true.

Rocky Top Insider saying he pushed his announcement back from 10am to 4pm EST.  The rumors say his Dad wants him to go to Ole Miss, and he wants to be a Vol.
