Yeah, and that's because um, er, uh....

On another note, as Clay states, this was actually a huge story in 96 and 97 but their are actually some saying it was covered up 

Also, the affadavit from that timeframe is exactly what I recall coming out...just a mooning, no tea bagging at all.
