Their QB looks pretty good, but they are only 100th in the NCAA in passing yards.  This is more than balanced by their running game being 20th.   But of course what is really impressive is their D and they allow the 8th-fewest points in the NCAA at 12.5.

What really matters is the score though.  Through 6 games, here is their schedule:

Oregon* W 40-27  1-0
Northwestern State W 49-3  2-0
Mississippi State W 19-6  3-0
West Virginia W 47-21  4-0
Kentucky W 35-7  5-0
Florida W 41-11  6-0

The impressive wins here are Oregon and West Virginia.  Throw Kentucky and Northewestern State away, those are meaningless.   That leaves a lackluster win over MSU and a blowout over UF that is also meaningless due to UF not having a QB.

Two big wins over non-conference opponents...well that is impressive, but not so much as I thought on closer inspection.
