Even going back to the back half of the season, we struggled to put together a complete game with any consistency. It's why, in my heart of hearts I knew it was going to end in heartache.
This is what I was saying last night.. other than the last 2 KY games, this team has not put together a complete game since the blowout in Rupp. I thank this team for all they've done to bring Vol BB back!! Sure going to miss the Admiral and Kyle! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Granny, I know that I may have come across as being critical of your post. I didn't really intend for it to be taken in that vein, however. I agree that abusive criticism is uncalled for. I didn't intend to dispute what you were trying to say so much as give my views on the subject.
Sometimes I am not very good at communicating my thoughts.
My apologies if it seemed to be argumentative.
Your post didn't bother me... it's the name calling by some folks here and on Twitter that gets me fired up... Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Frustration is one thing, but calling them clowns and all sorts of other names I've seen around just pisses me off. I've been a fan for over 60 years and I've never called any of our teams names like I'm seeing on social media over this 1 loss.
BTW this rant was brought on by 1 post here and others on Twitter....

Which=about halfway up the 100 level at TBA. Seems like a nice little gym, though. Looks like there will be lots of Orange (the correct shade) in the house, too. TV looks like a large number of real orange! Go Vols!!! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

There are ways for her to resign with push from above if she won't do it on her own. If she flat refuses, then she must be fired. I just don't want her thrown out with the trash...ie Butch.... because she has been a Vol her whole life. It can be handled well if she/ they will just do it!

Look, I've been calling for Holly's job longer than anyone. But there's no need to get ugly about this. She's not some interloper like Butch or Kiffin, she's one of us. She's spent most of her life busting her ass for UT. She obviously hasn't worked out as a HC, and hopefully her time in that role is drawing to a close. But she deserves to go out with some dignity. We at least owe her that.
This I agree with. She is all Vol. I'm praying she steps down and they keep her in the fold somewhere. She just isn't a good head coach. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Sports / VTTW Message Board / Re: It was pretty scary around here yesterday

They're saying that the tornado that killed 23 (and counting) in Alabama crossed over into Georgia and passed about 1/2 mile NW of me. It looks like it was on the ground for up to 90 miles, creating a 3/4 mile wide path of destruction from Opelika, AL to Thomaston GA. Yikes.
The folks across the river in Lee County got it the worst. That area will take years to fully recover.
You are in tornado alley down there -- although most anywhere in GA is susceptible on any given day -- we've had them pass right over us here in the mtns, dropping debris from where they sat down previously. Scary is the correct word -- and devastating in Lee County with so many deaths and injuries! Prayers going out for everyone affected yesterday.
