He didn't quit. He played well below expectations early, then it turned out he was nursing a shoulder injury, had surgery and missed the rest of the year. You seem to be just making things up Nut. Yeah I don't buy it.

Rush - I've always been a fan, I still listen to them on the dailyHeart - Wasn't into them when I was in High school - but appreciate them immensely now. They've never been more than luke warm for me, but my brother lived in the same apartment complex in Redmond WA before they hit it big. I'll just comment that she was a beautiful woman
Another cool thing my brother was involved with back in the day was he worked with one of the band members of QueensRyche and he brought home a demo tape of take hold of the flame. I would listen to it while riding the bus to and from school, and I nearly shat my pants the first time I heard it on the radio
I love Queensryche....but I always did

Another band I’ve recently come to appreciate is Dire Straits. I never really liked their 3-4 songs that get played on the radio, but a lot of their deep cuts are fantastic. I was turned on to them by the finale of The Americans, where I heard “Brothers in Arms” for the first time.
Always liked dire straits

in their prime, but absolutely love now!
1 - Rush - They were mostly a late 70s early 80's band and I thought they were weird at the time. Didn't really appreciate their talents till I was in my 40s. I would say they're my favorite band now 2 - Supertramp - Highly underrated for their time. Now that I listen to them, I love their stuff 3 - Bob Seger - When they were in their prime their music bored me. However, when I listen to them now - wow, what a great voice he has, and lyrically so damn good! 4 - Foreigner - Another late 70s - 80s band. They were very successful, but I never got into them back then. Now when I listen to songs like Jue Box Hero and Cold as Ice - wow. Lou Gramm was a master vocalist. 5 - Heart - Wasn't into them when I was in High school - but appreciate them immensely now.

F - Nkamhoua, Sr- He will be a starter and probably have his best year as a senior. He was coming on before his injury F/C - BHH, Soph - BHH - My pick for the player who makes the biggest improvement. You could see flashes last year. Kid has talent F/G - JJJ - Sr He will be back, and will be our second leading scorer. Really came on late and has picked up his offensive game G - Vescovi Sr- I think he will be back, and lead us in scoring, about 17 points a game. P - ZZZ - Soph Takes the starting PG job and rolls with it
Bench F/C Uros Sr- Uros will be great coming off the bench with his attitude and energy F/C - Aidoo Soph - Poised to play a lot more and will be our best shot blocker G/P - Edwards Fr- Will be key in relieving Vescovi and ZZZ G/P - Powell Soph - I think he is back. Let's see if he can become more consistent F/G - Mashack Soph - If he is back, I see him relieving JJJ. He is one of my candidates to possibly leave
Wildcard : A transfer or highly regarded freshman (Phillips?) could change it up a bit
That's the depth. Q Diboundje doesn't really fit in, we have too much depth. He is my most likely candidate to transfer. Tamba will not play this coming season - but he has a future

We’ve already seen the offensive dropoff. Vandy pitched us better than anyone this year, and we still averaged 5+ runs/game. That’s probably the best pitching staff we’ll see in the regular season. But the knock on this offense was that they were over-reliant on homers. They’ve proven over the past 5 SEC games that they can beat you playing smallball, too.
They have been aggressive in stealing bases too...like to see that

Let’s be fair about this though. That was not a typical 17-14 team or a typical 11 seed. Michigan came on strong at the end of the season and with their post play I could see them making a run at the Final Four.
As for Barnes…it is what it is. I don’t think he’ll ever make a deep tournament run. But I love the guy and I don’t think there’s anyone out there I would trade him for.
There's nothing mystical about Barnes in the Tourney. It is hard to do well in the tourney, and harder when your two best shooters get cold from the outside.

We have not faired well recently. Purdue, Michigan (3 times), Ohio state (1 time), Michigan state (one time).
We did beat Ohio state once, and I think Iowa once?
