Title: Yeah we are going to tailgate this weekend Post by: EmerilVOL on November 14, 2011, 02:29:48 EST and yeah we will be doing something wild and crazy. Right now i am thinking somehting to out Vandy Vandy when it comes to food. I am thinking something like crab cakes and a Roasted Italian Tomatoa Bisque. Something nice and simple ya know....
We will be there early and will have the tailgate trailer all set up for one last itme this year. Admins may I get a pin and also if there are people that will be attending and need a parking place please let me know by posting or leaving me a Message of the Private type..... I still have that boudin from Volsphan. I had thawed it a couple of weeks ago thinking of the tailgate, but when it didn't happen I had it cooked on a smoker.
