"I don't know why we're still waiting on a decision here. I mean there's no way these guys should remain on the football team. It's simply outrageous behavior, it borders on criminal behavior. Again, I'm just saying what it looks like without knowing everything about it, but I mean I have a lot of respect for (Michigan State coach) Mel Tucker, and if he doesn't kick these guys off the team, then I don't know how he's gonna be able to face the music.

"I don't know what goes into this, I mean to let them play again this year would be unconscionable. Whether they get have a path back and again you're talking about a lot of players and the culpability might be different for everyone but I'm just saying– it's just a bad look. There's no word salad that you can offer to defend their behavior."

Hey, Paul, now do Alabama!

But to be clear, I of course agree that Burton should also be called out. Maybe not a dismissal, but certainly a suspension.

In fairness to Paul, I thought he did call out Saban for not suspending Burton. Did he not?

absolutely

Honestly, I would be okay with calls for dismissal because its bammer

that may go too far, but I think a multi game suspension is very justified

I am imagining what I would do if it was a Vol who had behaved as Burton did. I think I would defend suspensions as being enough punishment but not be too upset if he was kicked off the team.  I would be embarrassed with the level of discipline that Saban has done
