Think this fanbase might be ready for some football?

It was a very nice crowd. Lower bowl was pretty full all the way around.

Speaking of, everything I've read out of practice lately indicates that Peterman looks better than Worley. Tonight, I thought Peterman looked better. I hope Worley isn't getting the start just because he is a senior.

Our place kicking could be scary bad this year just based on tonight.

Bad as in not good results.

Medley appears to be the most talented, from everything I have been told.  Hopefully he can get the mental part down in a hurry.

Medley certainly looked the best of the three last night. But I'm afraid field goals outside 30 yards are going to be an adventure.

After practice, Butch and his staff took the ice bucket challenge. Each position coach challenged a former Vol who played his position (Martinez challenged Eric Berry, Thigpen challenged Al Wilson, etc.) Butch challenged Peyton...but he also challenged Jon Gruden to take the ice bucket challenge, on live TV, wearing all orange. I thought that was pretty funny, all things considered. I like the guy's sense of humor.

For comparison's sake, Arkansas also held an open practice yesterday- and 3500 showed up to see it.
