BTW, they have travelled the US copying the recipes from various joints, rather faithfully.  Not bad at all.

Almost afraid to ask exactly what they call BBQ in the UK.

Interesting, but when I think of brisket I actually think of Driftwood, TX (or my own smoker in beautiful downtown Pal).
