BTW, they have travelled the US copying the recipes from various joints, rather faithfully.  Not bad at all.

they have the smokers out back and they know how to use them
The brisket will make you think you are in Crawford, TX
You have a choice of KC, Memphis or TX ribs

Interesting, but when I think of brisket I actually think of Driftwood, TX (or my own smoker in beautiful downtown Pal).
