This is part of the sanctions from the Pruitt violations.

Usually a university will buy one ad to run during the games. We will probably see one from Iowa but there will not be one for UT.

Right.  As sanctions go, not the worst, but I'll miss seeing the ad.

They just showed one in the first commercial break after the game was over. I guess they really took "during" literally.
