The perfect class.  This is just incredible.

We're likely to finish #2 in the nation!

If we can lock down what we have and bring Richmond into the fold, top 3 seems likely. It's always possible that somebody behind us has a really big signing day and jumps up there but you have to love where this class is right now.

It's also sounding like Bussey got the "so, you ready to greyshirt?" speech from Butch and that's why he's headed to A&M-- likely to make room for Richmond, a more important recruit at a major position of need. Butch has had to turn away multiple 4* prospects for this class.

Heard earlier that Van Jefferson called UT before becoming a silent to Michigan just to see if we had room and Butch told him no. Not sure how accurate that is, but I did hear it.

It wouldn't surprise me. I mean, I think it's clear that Quarte Sapp committed when he did because he was afraid of the same thing. It was going to be NSD, then Monday the 2nd, then he moved it all the way to last Thursday.

They are calling us everything but good folks on the Ole Miss boards. Even threads talking about how we are cheating and Butch putting up $$$$ for these recruits and Freeze knows we are doing it and is going to turn us in to the NCAA after signing day!! When you are accused of cheating you know you are on the way back!!!

What's funny is a couple of years ago when Ole Miss had a top 3 class it was because Freeze was a great recruiter and class person.

Edit: I got to know Freeze pretty good when just a few years ago he was coaching a NAIA (Lambuth University) school here in Jackson. I thought he was a class person myself.

If the guys that Butch has turned away were to comprise their own class, it would probably rank higher than UF's does right now.  Chew on that for awhile.

Wow.  Just wow.  EXACTLY what we need to make this a complete class.  It's not official until the dust clears, but....
