Obviously they'll sell it as a multipurpose venue, but good grief..

Wow. I guess they're thinking neutral site football games at all levels of competition, NCAA basketball tournament/final four hosting, other miscellaneous exhibitions . . . but in an era where live viewership is declining even among the best teams with the most fans, this seems like folly.
