Any details? Like cause or anything?

http://www.wbir.com/story/news/local/2014/12/02/several-students-hurt-in-accident-involving-2-buses/19790703/

"Authorities say the Knox County School bus No. 44 from Chilhowee Elementary School was traveling east on Asheville Highway when the bus made a sharp left-hand turn and crossed over a concrete median.

Bus No. 44 then hit the side of Knox County School bus No. 57 that was traveling west on Asheville Highway. Bus No. 57 was carrying students from Sunnyview Elementary School. Bus No. 57 flipped onto its side and continued sliding until it came to a stop across both west bound lanes."

I was in the traffic caused by the wreck after work.  It seems like I heard that the weather might've contributed, the roads were wet.  That's a busy intersection, too.  Just awful.

Still not a lot of details, but this is from the story in the News-Sentinel:

The crash apparently happened around 2:50 p.m. when Bus 44 from Chilhowee suddenly made a "sharp left turn" while eastbound on Asheville Highway, crossed a concrete median and slammed into Bus 57, which was headed west, DeBusk said. The impact flipped Bus 57 onto its side, and the bus slid until it came to rest across both westbound lanes.

There has been speculation that the bus swerved to avoid hitting a car that pulled in to its path, but nothing concrete at this point.
