But Maryland is drilling Duke late, which is not such good news. I'm not sure one win, even a win over No. 2, would be enough to get Maryland in...but another win tomorrow might.

Sure it does, unless you're saying that Maryland can't get an at-large bid. Maryland is a bubble team just like UT. If a win over Duke, or a win over Duke plus a semifinal win, is enough to get them over the hump, that leaves one fewer at-large spots.

I think they were a little too far out, and need to win it. I doubt UT gets in anyway, but we aren't totally out

Lunardi says UK is out now, but he slides Ole Miss in, so that hinges on Ole Miss beating Missouri tonight.
He now has UT as "Next 4 out." Just keeps moving them further down the list, which I don't really understand. But oh well.
UT played itself into position and really has nothing to complain about after today's performance. But if an MTSU team with one Top 100 win gets in, that's going to be a travesty just in general.

Whether it affects us or not, seeing UK getting drilled by a poor Vandy team in front of a blue arena is good for the soul.

I secretly agree...but I do have a lot of blue friends who are down tonight, I do feel a little bad for them. My daughter's also a UK fan but she's not really into it that much at all.

My guess is Ole Miss's win over Missouri doomed our chances.
